How to play the game "Sushi Bar Game"?

If you’ve never heard of Onigiri or Roe Maki, don’t panic -the sushi bar owners are training you, their newest chef, to become an expert in the art of serving raw fish! You’ll need to learn the ingredients and memorise the combinations to make each sushi dish (or just check the recipe book). Add rice, seaweed and fish prepared for you customers as soon as they order. You’ll be a sushi expert in this cooking game!
