How to play the game "Circus New Adventures Game"?

The amazing circus has come to town with acrobats, lion tamers and clowns, but all the public want to see is the Incredible Bullet Man! But not because he’s good... because it’s usually disastrous! Sometimes the cannon doesn’t fire the poor man and when it does, more often than not he lands in the wrong place! Oh dear. This time, though, the Incredible Bullet Man has placed items to bounce off of and hopefully reach his target. A balloon here, a springboard there... You’ll need to help him! Think logically about where you place the necessary objects and help this acrobat reach his target!
