How to play the game "Tweet Match Game"?

Polly works on a farm and one of her most important jobs is scaring birds away from the crops (the scarecrow just stands there - useless!). Every time Polly sees a flock of birds flapping their way towards her tasty crops, she has to run out, round up these beaky botherers and send them away. You’ll need to help Polly by grouping three birds of the same color to make them disappear in this Bejweled-style game.
