Draculaura’s Ear Infection Game

How to play the game "Draculaura’s Ear Infection Game"?

Cleo de Nile and Draculaura wanted to venture into the forest of the Monster High grounds with the rest of their friends. It was very cold that night though, so their adventure turned into a bit of a nightmare! After stumbling into a colony of bats and getting their hair all caught up in the branches, the girls got lost for two hours...oh dear! This morning, Draculaura is being marched straight to the doctor as she has a nasty ear infection. Can you help clean those ears out?
