How to play the game "Brazil World Cup Dress Up Game"?

Hey girls, it’s Lea! You’re never gonna believe where I am. Brazil! Yesterday I was in Fortaleza supporting Colombia. Today, I’m in Brasilia supporting Argentina! I’m so excited to see Costa Rica too! Who are you supporting in the 2014 World Cup? Before we go see the next match, can you help me choose an outfit for my new Brazilian friend, Marcella? We’re heading to the party in Rio de Janeiro! Dressing up for the carnival is always fun, but there’s no reason why we can’t include the team colors! Now, blow the whistle!
