PerezHilton.com reports that the pop singer celebrated her birthday with a Halloween-themed party at the Magic Castle in LA last weekend, where she dressed up as a vampire complete with spooky snake. Guests at the star-studded bash included her rumored boyfriend John Mayer, Kristen Stewart and How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris!

We guess our invite must have got lost in the post... never mind! Happy birthday, Katy!!
