Malia is a Presidential Style Queen

Wow! President Obama’s daughter is all grown up, and absolutely gorgeous. Malia Obama is fourteen years old, and she’s already becoming somewhat of a style queen (ok, maybe princess). Once an awkward teen, Malia is now blossoming into a stylish young woman.

The willowy first daughter is developing her own style with comfort and confidence, key attributes of any young fashionista. She does seem very influenced by her mum Michelle’s style, but she wears her looks with a characteristically youthful twist.

From prim, a-line dresses to bold, colourful separates, Malia knows how to rock an outfit, whatever the occasion. Another favourite look of hers seems to be stripy jersey tops teamed with fitted jeans or skirts. Smart, but casual, just like her effortlessly elegant mother.

We wonder if her younger sister Sasha will follow suit. The forever-smiling eleven year old has already been spotted in a few cute outfits of her own (way to work those bright colours Sasha)!

One of our fave Malia outfits has to be the cool creation she wore on her dad’s election night. The pretty teen teamed a shiny blue ’petite umbrella skirt’ by ASOS with a neon pink Zara belt, and J. Crew flats. Looking awesome Malia! Don’t forget to take note for your next shopping trip girls. To the mall!
