Article 1:

This free prize draw is open to all except for employees of Mygames4girls.com, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who complete registration on the www.mygames4girls,com website by 21st December 2008. You do not need to buy anything to enter.

Article 2:

Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: name, home address and e-mail address. All registrations must be completed by 21st December 2008, to be valid entries in the draw. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

Article 3:

Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.

Article 4:

Only one entry per household. Third party registrations, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

Article 5:

The draw will be made on 22nd December 2008.

Article 6:

There are five prizes of High School Musical 3: Senior Year Dance! for the Nintendo Wii to be won, each worth £39.13 or $54.95.

Article 7:

To enter, visit www.mygames4girls.com/ and then follow the entry instructions for the Prize Draw. You may be asked to answer a question(s) correctly to qualify for entry into the Prize Draw.

Article 8:

The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within a reasonable time of the actual draw date, either by email, mail or telephone. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the discretion of Mygames4girls.com.

Article 9:

No alternative prizes are available and the prize is not transferable.

Article 11:

By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.

Article 12:

The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this Prize draw and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.

Mygames4girls.com reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
