First you can flick through all the dresses, then click on accessories to add something to her hair, and finally click on decoration to give her a bag or a shawl. Then when you have done all three of these options you will hae another button - in "extras" you can even add a little friend for our beautiful girl to take with her - maybe a teddy bear or a poddle dog...whatever you like the most!
Be careful though, try to keep your mouse in the middle of the page, otherwise the items will fly by too quickly for you to see what they look like!!!
